Waterworks Pool Concepts designed and built a complete backyard of our new home in Del Sur including a large pool/spa, solar system, outdoor kitchen, a deck and concrete planters in 2015, and we have been enjoying it since. Dave, the company owner, was driving the whole project smoothly, professionally, timely, always with a positive and friendly attitude. All permits were obtained and inspections passed flawlessly. Waterworks Pool Concepts was hired to design and complete an entire yard tear down and build out. With a pool/large spa, large yard sized deck, solar powered, yard design and lighting. Turned into even a more Complex project as El Niño hit and being on a steep hill in Bay Park, we had rain water related issues not in the contract, but were solved without charge or complaint by WPC. All projects including the permits and inspections were all handled by WPC with no nickle or dime experience which I would have expected with other service providers. The results were beyond my expectations, the experience was entirely positive the full multi month job, which was stress free despite traveling during stretches of the projects. They always delivered on their word, and showed up when promised..
